From project to reality: Mediterranean elegance and chromatic contrasts at La Posta Vecchia
There are events where true balance arises from the ability to bring together two completely different atmospheres within the same project.
For this destination wedding at La Posta Vecchia Hotel, the challenge was to build an elegant and coherent experience capable of guiding guests from a minimalist total-white ceremony to a reception rich in color, light, and scenographic depth.
The American couple desired a refined and immersive event in one of the most iconic locations on the Lazio coast.
The project was developed together with Sposiamovi – Italian Wedding Planners, with the aim of creating a scenography with a strong visual impact while always maintaining elegance, harmony, and lightness.

The initial idea
The event unfolded in two profoundly different but perfectly connected moments.
For the civil ceremony on the lawn overlooking the sea, the project included:
- a total white scenography
an elegant floral gazebo - light and luminous compositions
- an essential and sophisticated atmosphere
- the sea as the dominant natural element
For the reception, however, the project completely changed atmosphere.
In the square in front of the hotel entrance, the following were planned:
- round tables
- an imperial table
- central sweetheart table
- scenographic lamps as the main decorative element
- exquisite and colorful floral arrangements
The goal was to create a warm, immersive, and refined scenography, capable of transforming the space into an elegant yet deeply emotional environment.
The main need was to understand how the lighting elements, floral colors, and table distribution would interact with the location’s architecture during the evening reception.
Visualization before the event
With ARCHIFLOR®, immersive photorealistic 3D renderings were developed to allow the couple and the wedding planners to precisely visualize every phase of the project.
The following were created:
- renderings of the sea-view civil ceremony
- round table with scenographic lamp
- imperial table
- general view of the evening reception
Each design was built respecting:
- actual materials of the location
- natural and evening lighting
- distribution of the lamps
- floral color palette
- proportions between tables and architectural space

The final realization maintained with extreme precision everything that had been developed during the immersive design phase.
The civil ceremony provided a luminous, essential, and refined atmosphere, where the absolute white of the compositions interacted perfectly with the sea and the natural light of the location.
The reception, on the other hand, completely transformed the space.
The scenographic lamps introduced verticality and luminous depth, while the colorful flowers built movement, elegance, and visual intensity.
The combination of round tables, an imperial table, and a central sweetheart table created a sophisticated and perfectly balanced scenographic rhythm.
The final result was an immersive, emotional, and highly distinctive event, welcomed with enthusiasm by the couple and the wedding planning team.
