There are events where true balance arises from the ability to bring together two completely different atmospheres within the same project.<\/p>

For this destination wedding at La Posta Vecchia Hotel, the challenge was to build an elegant and coherent experience capable of guiding guests from a minimalist total-white ceremony to a reception rich in color, light, and scenographic depth.<\/p>

The American couple desired a refined and immersive event in one of the most iconic locations on the Lazio coast.<\/p>

The project was developed together with Sposiamovi – Italian Wedding Planners, with the aim of creating a scenography with a strong visual impact while always maintaining elegance, harmony, and lightness.<\/p>

The initial idea<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The event unfolded in two profoundly different but perfectly connected moments.<\/p>

For the civil ceremony on the lawn overlooking the sea, the project included:<\/p>

  • a total white scenographyan elegant floral gazebo<\/li>
  • light and luminous compositions<\/li>
  • an essential and sophisticated atmosphere<\/li>
  • the sea as the dominant natural element<\/li><\/ul>

    For the reception, however, the project completely changed atmosphere.<\/p>

    In the square in front of the hotel entrance, the following were planned:<\/p>

    • round tables<\/li>
    • an imperial table<\/li>
    • central sweetheart table<\/li>
    • scenographic lamps as the main decorative element<\/li>
    • exquisite and colorful floral arrangements<\/li><\/ul>

      The goal was to create a warm, immersive, and refined scenography, capable of transforming the space into an elegant yet deeply emotional environment.<\/p>

      The main need was to understand how the lighting elements, floral colors, and table distribution would interact with the location’s architecture during the evening reception.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Visualization before the event<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      With ARCHIFLOR\u00ae, immersive photorealistic 3D renderings were developed to allow the couple and the wedding planners to precisely visualize every phase of the project.<\/p>

      The following were created:<\/p>

      • renderings of the sea-view civil ceremony<\/li>
      • round table with scenographic lamp<\/li>
      • imperial table<\/li>
      • general view of the evening reception<\/li><\/ul>

        Each design was built respecting:<\/p>

        • actual materials of the location<\/li>
        • natural and evening lighting<\/li>
        • distribution of the lamps<\/li>
        • floral color palette<\/li>
        • proportions between tables and architectural space<\/li><\/ul>

          This allowed for a perfect understanding of:<\/p>

          • the harmonic contrast between ceremony and reception<\/li>
          • the scenographic effect of the decorative lamps<\/li>
          • the balance between light and floral compositions<\/li>
          • the depth of the evening reception<\/li>
          • the real perception of the spaces<\/li><\/ul>

            The renderings helped validate every design choice even before the final realization.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
